With the ULTRAVIDOX project, technology has been developed which, applied directly in vine cultivation or edible mushroom cultivation facilities, gets to increase the contents of antioxidant compounds in grapes and wine and vitamin D2 in fungi. All without altering the organoleptic characteristics of these products and without a significant increase in production costs. The developed technology could also be applied to other crops.
